Connected to the lobby (360°-tour) there are a small cozy library (360°-tour) and the breakfast room (360°-tour) which you can visit daily from 8:00 to 10:30 am. You can choose from a rich, continental breakfast buffet.
The Strandhotel, a private held hotel, has been an old-established house in Wenningstedt for some decades now. The old style and the high ceilings cause a pleasant, spacious atmosphere in the rooms. Despite the age of the building - the main part was built in 1906 - every room is in a very neat condition. The Strandhotel in Wenningstedt has thirteen double rooms (360°-tour), eight single rooms (360°-tour), four family rooms and one suite available. All rooms include a shower-bath, a radio, a TV, a safe, a small fridge and WIFI.
If you want to take a private rest from all the trouble at the beach you can sit down in a typical german "beach-chair" in our wind-sheltered garden (360°-tour). During periods of ghastly weather you are free to visit our sauna at any time.
We will be happy to help you with your gastronomical choices. If you want to make a reservation at your favorite restaurant for example, just let us know, we'll conact the place for you. If you wish for a rental car/bike, a beach-chair, a sightseeing flight, a game of golf at the nearby golf course, or just for an appointment at the hairdresser, beautician or masseur, we will organize it for you in advance.
Our carpark and parking spaces around the hotel provide more than enough room for every guest coming by car. You will also be provided with a "Kurkarte" at the reception. You'll need the card to go to the beach.
